Luke Tattersall at Parramatta City Presbyterian Church has come up with three great postcard sized ads for upcoming church events. If only someone would invite me to the Wine Appreciation night...
A couple of questions... Did Luke design these himself? What program did he use? Did he get them professionally printed, or did he print them as 6x4 photos?
Let's get it clear right from the start. Beauty really is only skin deep. But that doesn't mean we should go out of our way to make church publications look intentionally ugly or amateurish. The cool thing is, when you do it yourself, a delicious design costs no more than a design disaster. It's all about attention to detail; a statement that what you're doing and saying is worth doing and saying well.

Luke says: "The Gingerbread House night, I got a friend to print on his [colour laser]at work.
The Wine Appreciation Night we did as photos. I designed them both in Corel Draw."
